The little bus rolls past the bakery door,
With a friendly beep and a stop for one more.
Mina waves from her window seat,
As we rumble along to our favorite street.
Ride along, ride along, morning is bright,
Past the park and the fountain in the soft sun light.
Every stop brings a smile our way,
Come on aboard, we’re off to play!
A red scarf flutters, a lunchbox swings,
The driver greets us and everybody sings.
We count the bridges, we watch pigeons fly,
Then wave to the clouds drifting by in the sky.
Ride along, ride along, morning is bright,
Past the park and the fountain in the soft sun light.
Every stop brings a smile our way,
Come on aboard, we’re off to play!
